When you use the App as a Customer User, we collect and process the following personal data: name, phone number, email address, geolocation (to show nearby merchants and manage priority access)
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store, access, or see any credit card numbers or sensitive payment details. Stripe acts as the payment processor and handles all card information in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
When a Merchant Operator creates a business account, we collect and process: legal entity information, business name, business address, email address, phone number, bank account details (to transfer payouts).
Your data is used to operate the App, manage priority access sessions, process payments, provide merchant tools, and ensure service functionality.
We may share data with: Stripe (payment processing), legal authorities (when required by law), fraud-prevention partners, service providers supporting our infrastructure.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.
